Product Quality Guarantee

All products on Codedim are thoroughly reviewed by the quality team before being published and are released without issues. However, to protect your rights, Codedim has considered a product warranty.

Conditions for Refund

If less than six months have passed since your purchase and you meet one of the refund conditions, the purchase amount for the product will be refunded.

If the seller does not respond to the user within 24 working hours (Friday is not counted in the response time), and the user requests a refund, the transaction amount (equal to the amount paid by the buyer) will be refunded to the wallet in their user panel.

If an issue is detected in the product (not on the user’s website) and the product’s support team does not resolve the issue within 48 working hours.

If the product is incompatible with the new version of WordPress or important plugins included in the product (an important plugin is one that affects the proper functioning of the product when disabled), and the designer does not fix the problem.

Note: Compatibility issues are acceptable only if they cause significant problems, and the final decision on this is up to Codedim.

Note: If the product is original, an update compatible with the latest version of WordPress and important plugins must be provided by the main site.

A significant bug in the product that disrupts its proper functionality and cannot be fixed by the product’s support team.

If the non-Iranian product is not updated by the designer, and more than three months have passed since the release of the last version.

Note: If the user does not wish for a refund and instead requests a product update, the seller will be given one week to provide a new version.

If the product's performance does not match the description on the product page, and the issue is not resolved, and the user requests a refund, Codedim will deduct the payment from the seller’s account and issue a refund to the user.

If the designer promises to include specific features in future versions and does not deliver on that promise.

 

Product Warranty Does Not Cover the Following:


The money-back guarantee for products does not cover the following cases:

  • Incorrect purchase
  • Duplicate purchase
  • Failure to read the product descriptions and features before purchase
  • Ignoring installation and usage prerequisites listed in the current document and product description
  • Inability to use the product due to lack of technical knowledge
  • Changes in the new version of the product where some features have been added or removed
  • User's unwillingness to use the Codedim license management system, which is designed to prevent potential misuse and unauthorized use on multiple domains
  • Product incompatibility with other products. Users can ask about compatibility through comments before purchasing if the seller is aware.
  • Failure to provide features expected by the user that are not listed in the product description
  • Not using the product or no longer needing it
  • Slow product performance, as it depends on various factors, does not qualify for a refund, and users cannot request a product review for this reason. Users can test the demo speed before purchase, without Codedim’s framework, on the Gtmetrix.com website.
  • If bugs in localized products are related to the original product on the main site, it is not covered by the money-back guarantee.

If any of the above situations occur, Codedim's responsibility is limited to refunding the user's money. If the user claims further compensation due to a lack of designer support, Codedim holds no liability.
